Order confirmation

To place an order, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button on the product description. Your item will now be located in your shopping cart where you may now proceed with your purchase.

Shortly after completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a recap of your order details. After verifying availability of the products, we will prepare the parcel for shipment and confirm your order by sending you the invoice by email. 

Should you not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours from completing your purchase, it is highly likely that the order has not been registered in our systems. This may be due to a number of factors, therefore if you are not sure if your order has been correctly processed, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I track my order?

All orders are fully tracked by DHL Express. You will receive your unique tracking code once the item has been collected. DHL Express also offer regular status updates on your delivery should you wish to permit this. To periodically view your delivery status please click here and insert your unique tracking number.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order so long as the item has not already been dispatched. Shipping and handling fees may ensue when cancelling your order once the delivery is out for shipment. Please email sales@pock-it.co.uk 

Delivery information?

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days from when you placed your purchase online. As soon as the parcel is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from our courier, DHL, containing your Tracking Number.
Please remember the courier delivers Monday to Friday during office hours and requires a signature upon delivery. For more detailed information please read our Shipping section.

What products are available on Pock-it.co.uk?

Pock-it London products available for purchase online include duffle bags, backpacks, luggage and watches. Products on our site are subject to the following availability.

Available Now: 

To accommodate payment authorization and packaging, please allow up to two business days to obtain shipping information. 

Backorder/Pre-order: 

Item(s) that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list and are estimated to ship with free ground service during delivery window provided. Please be aware that they may arrive sooner or later than anticipated. Your credit card will only be charged for backorder/pre-order reservations at the time of shipment. 

What is the priority waiting list?

We offer our clients the opportunity to pre-order items that are currently in production or that have sold out and are on back-order. This is an exclusive benefit to those members who have subscribed for a 'My Pock-it' account.

When you order one of these items, you are placed on a priority waiting list to be among the first to receive your selection once it becomes available. We do our best to provide expected shipping dates for these items on the product page and during checkout, but please be aware that they may arrive sooner or later than anticipated. Your credit card will only be charged for waiting list items at the time of shipment.

Where can I find your products from press / fashion shows?

For inquiries about Pock-it London products, please email us at sales@pock-it.co.uk. Please include a photo if available. Emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days.

What is your return policy? How can I return an item? 

For online purchases, Pock-it London will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. 

Return merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery to Pock-it.co.uk 

Pock-it London does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for the returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. The address can be obtained by contacting our sales team.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Certain items such as watches, sunglasses, and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honoured if the label remains intact. At present, Pock-it London does not operate a bespoke repair service. The condition of the items purchased is the sole responsibility of the customer only. If there is a fault with an item, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us within 14 day's of delivery for an exchange or full refund. If due to use and ware there are signs of cosmetic damage, we advise that customers seek their own repairs if required by a reputable source.

Pock-it London reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Pock-it London’s sole discretion. 
Merchandise returned to Pock-it London will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
